Good news from Dr. Blair today. I have three great things to celebrate:
#1 - My tumor has shrunk by 20 percent (more like a lime than a lemon now)!
#2 - The possibly cancerous lymph nodes have DISAPPEARED!
#3 - The cancer cells with the most aggressive characteristics (called carcinogenic) appear to be responding to the chemo. This is evidenced by how much less the tumor lights up now in the PET imaging process. So the chemo is really working to kill off those most evil cancer cells!
This is the best Christmas gift a girl with cancer could ask for!
